Job Description
HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE SERVICES is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will process orders, modifications, and escalate issues across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, resolving complaints, knowing our products, and managing a team of junior representatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs38,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
