Job Description

Riz Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Spectrum Inbound Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling billing inquiries and resolving issues for Spectrum customers, alongside exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Verizon and affinity campaigns.
• Native English speaking and writing skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $50,00 to $80,00 annually, plus benefits.

Location: Gulberg
