Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Recruitzz as an HR Executive! This full-time role involves managing the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. You will also develop a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies while handling employee termination processes in line with company policies and labor laws.

Key responsibilities include conducting exit interviews, maintaining hiring records, and collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs. This is an onsite position located at Sundar Industrial Estate.
