Job Description
HR ABNOIRE PVT LTD is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves performing secretarial and administrative duties, including typing, formatting reports, data entry, and maintaining databases.
The ideal candidate will manage internal correspondence, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent MS Office knowledge, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential.
Preferred candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Secretary and be able to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad.
