Job Description
AJ is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee building and grounds maintenance, manage custodial operations, and ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are properly implemented. The ideal candidate will maintain facility cleanliness according to company policies and supervise the quality of work performed by staff. Responsibilities include managing service contracts, conducting regular inspections, communicating safety protocols, and recommending facility modifications. The Facility Manager will also handle the financial and physical resources necessary for effective facility management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Experience: 5 years in a similar role (Required)
