Job Description

Recruitment Empire is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Complaints Administrator. Key responsibilities include managing customer complaints, ensuring timely communication, and collaborating with various teams to investigate issues. We value meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills while maintaining high customer service standards. A minimum of one year’s experience in customer service or a similar role is required. This position works from our DHA Sector F office in Rawalpindi, from 10 am to 7 pm.
