Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Xfinity Inbound Agent to join our team at Grow More in Gulberg, Lahore. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls related to billing inquiries, service issues, and support requests. You will assist in resolving billing discrepancies, process payments, and provide troubleshooting assistance for internet, TV, and phone services.
The ideal candidate will educate customers on products and promotions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with departments for effective issue resolution. Night shift availability (8 PM – 5 AM) is required. Salary ranges from 50k to 80k plus commissions, with weekends off and pick & drop service available.
