Job Description
Asra Communication is seeking a Female HR Manager to join our team. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as BBA, MBA, B.Com, or Project Management. A strong knowledge of HR-related software, Microsoft Office, and Excel is essential.
The main responsibilities include:
- Maintaining attendance and arranging payroll.
- Hiring new employees and managing their data.
- Overall staff management.
- Handling social media.
- Assisting the CEO and managers with various tasks.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with evening hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The salary ranges from Rs30,00 to Rs40,00 per month.
