Job Description
Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Contract HR Specialist for a 6-month position. The incumbent will coordinate and administer various HR programs and activities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support Annual Performance Reviews and Goal Setting.
- Facilitate the People & Capability Review process.
- Assist in employee development through the Rafhan Talent Academy.
- Coordinate recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.
- Support HR leads in Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to Organizational Effectiveness and development.
- Ensure timely delivery of HR operations and reports.
- Active involvement in HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
