Job Description
Sheikh Saleem Group Of Companies is seeking a dedicated Purchase Manager in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will implement effective purchasing policies, oversee daily departmental operations, and ensure high levels of vendor satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities include monitoring vendor quality, obtaining competitive quotations, processing purchase orders, and ensuring the quality of procured items. This role demands collaboration with the Executive Chef for daily market list deliveries and addressing any procurement issues that arise.
