Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited in Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume customer calls
- Provide support and resolve issues in Urdu and English
- Process orders, returns, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Meet customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
