Job Description
The University of Lahore is seeking a dedicated Senior Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resource Department. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from staffing needs to candidate interviews, negotiating job offers, and conducting pre-employment checks. You will also maintain accurate employee records, facilitate onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
