Job Description

Location: Lahore

Abacus Consulting is seeking a proactive and skilled Social Media & Chat Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social media platforms and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide effective chat support to resolve queries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Call center experience is required.
  • Preferred chat support experience.
