Job Description
ConnectX is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead to manage our customer service operations. You will handle incoming calls, generate sales leads, and build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of telecom experience, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
