Job Description
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service? Tech Zone Consultancy is seeking a Customer Experience & Travel Solutions Specialist to join our vibrant team.
Work Timings: PST 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with travel inquiries via inbound calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
Requirements: Female candidates only, strong English communication skills, positive attitude, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
