Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This full-time position involves overseeing the entire recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Additionally, you will design and implement effective onboarding programs for smooth integration of new hires, develop and update HR policies and procedures, and conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
