Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations of our fresh food section, which includes produce, bakery, deli, and meat products. The ideal candidate will monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring displays are visually appealing and organized according to company standards.
- Supervising, training, and motivating the fresh food team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
- Overseeing the performance of non-food FMCG categories including household, personal care, and general merchandise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
