Job Description
Sybrid Lahore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders and applications
- Identifying priority issues
- Coordinating follow-ups with relevant departments
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Performing any other tasks assigned by management
Remuneration Package includes a full-time salary of PKR 20,00 along with paid sick, casual, and annual leaves. After six months, benefits include medical coverage for family and group life insurance.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
