Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to handle daily complaints related to software and hardware for ATMs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending and resolving daily ATM complaints.
- Installing new ATMs.
- Submitting necessary documents and engineering reports.
- Identifying and rectifying problems to minimize repeated complaints.
- Conducting on-site refurbishments.
- Achieving 100% preventive maintenance for assigned ATMs.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and have 0-2 years of experience in the electronics field.
