Job Description
Position Overview:
CMYK Research is looking for an energetic Telemarketer to promote our products and services through outbound calls. This role involves lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales or appointment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and handle objections.
- Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Meet or exceed call and sales targets.
- Follow up with leads to strengthen customer relationships.
