Job Description
TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Admin Specialist based in Sarai Alamgir to oversee our waste management operations.
Key responsibilities include implementing HR & Admin strategies, leading the operations team, managing administrative functions, developing budgets, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience managing administrative teams.
*Note: This position is based in Sarai Alamgir with provided residence for candidates from other cities.
