Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic IT Assistant to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will manage workflow and service requests through the Client’s call ticketing system, providing software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for end users.
Responsibilities include network printer installation, general desktop support, project coordination, and addressing reliability and performance issues. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred. Candidates should possess 0-2 years of experience and demonstrate adaptability in challenging situations.
Shift schedules are rotational, and reliable commuting or relocation to Islamabad is required.
