Job Description
Royal Fans Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage the customer invoicing process using Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices. You will troubleshoot invoicing discrepancies, conduct reconciliations of customer accounts, and prepare reports on outstanding receivables.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with customers to resolve issues, maintaining records of discounts and incentives, and monitoring post-dated cheques for timely collection.
