Job Description
The CMM Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections using CMM and a variety of other instruments to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and verify measuring instruments for production and other departments.
- Inspect using CMM and various other tools.
- Handle MIS reporting.
- Raise Non-Conformance reports and document deviations.
- Support final inspections and documentation for tool deliveries.
- Manage calibration systems and schedules for measuring instruments.
- Follow established inspection procedures and plans.
- Analyze monthly rejection reports and customer complaints.
