Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by converting assigned leads.
– Build trust with potential customers and handle objections.
– Ensure execution of Standard Operating Procedures in the field.
– Develop long-term customer relationships for ongoing business.
– Coordinate with the central team to resolve transaction issues.
– Provide local insights to enhance strategy.
Requirements:
– Graduate with 2 years of B2C Field Sales experience in relevant sectors.
– Age between 25-33, valid driving license, and two-wheeler required.
– Proficient in local language, basic English, and math skills.
Salary: 23k + TA + Incentive
