Job Description
Core Service Solutions is seeking fresh and experienced Male & Female candidates to work both in our office and remotely. We need experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers about products and services
- Make cold calls and drive sales
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Data entry across various platforms
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
