Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking an Experienced Inbound Taxi Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, have over one year of customer service experience, and exhibit strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing information to new customers. Flexibility for graveyard shifts and immediate availability is required. Expected hours: 55 – 75 per week. Applicants must be able to commute to Islamabad or be willing to relocate.
