Job Description
J. Sons Communications is seeking a dedicated Technical Support IT professional to manage our call center’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee networking tasks, perform hardware repairs, and ensure the functionality of operating systems and biometric systems. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential for resolving connectivity issues and responding to staff support requests promptly.
Requirements include proven experience in IT support, knowledge of networking, and proficiency in maintaining CCTV cameras. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,00 to 60,00, based on experience. Office hours are from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
