Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Manager for our Martial Arts division at SPOGEN (Pvt) Ltd, located in Noul Mour Roads, Sialkot.
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Martial Arts.
Experience: 3-5 years in the relevant field.
Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all export orders.
- Prepare material orders.
- Identify gaps in production processes.
- Manage backstage crew and maintain discipline.
- Monitor workplace safety.
- Schedule and plan production timelines.
- Report directly to the CEO.
