Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up on fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions.
- Execute special tasks assigned during duty.
Position: Customer Services Representor (Premium)
Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month (up to Rs55,00.00 with incentives)
Location: Lahore
Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelors; 1 year call center experience preferred.
