Job Description

Haji Sons International is seeking a qualified HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies in alignment with company goals, managing employee records, ensuring compliance, and handling payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Management
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word are mandatory)
• B.Com / BBA certification is required
