Job Description
Golden Keystone is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Developer (BD) to enhance our project acquisition efforts on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of successful bidding experience on Upwork, especially in SEO and Digital Marketing.
Key responsibilities include developing bidding strategies, maintaining professional client communication, and tracking project performance. Strong interpersonal skills and English proficiency are required.
This full-time position offers a salary of Rs. 50,00 to Rs. 60,00 per month, plus a 5% commission on acquired projects. Applicants must be 18 or older and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
