Overview:
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Admission Officers to join our admissions team. You will guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a positive experience and assisting them in making informed decisions about their education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls to assist prospective students with inquiries.
- Provide personalized assistance during the application process.
- Share information about academic programs and financial aid.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely application completion.
- Maintain accurate applicant data in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Stipend: Rs 50,00 + Based on Experience (NEGOTIABLE)
