Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a qualified Regional HR Officer responsible for maintaining personnel records for faculty and non-faculty staff while supporting HR functions. Key responsibilities include processing HR transactions, resolving payroll queries, facilitating hiring processes, and managing assessment centers.
Ideal candidates should have a BBA/MBA in HR and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, is essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
