Job Description

Mars BPO is looking for detail-oriented and experienced Sales Verifiers to ensure the accuracy and compliance of customer information collected during our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer information for accuracy.
• Cross-check details against campaign guidelines.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with agents to correct information.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Meet daily sales targets while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

• 1 year BPO experience (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computer usage.
