Job Description
Red Point Builders and Developers is seeking a highly motivated Building Admin Officer to oversee all aspects of building management. Key responsibilities include managing building maintenance, supervising cleaning operations, interacting with residents and visitors, handling complaints, and performing administrative tasks. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or management, along with 2+ years of experience in building management, is preferred.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00. Ideal candidates will possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in MS Office and property management software.
