Job Description
Imtiaz is seeking an HR Operations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring both accuracy and confidentiality. You will assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, handle day-to-day queries regarding HR policies, and coordinate payroll processing for timely payments.
Your responsibilities will include managing employee leave, attendance, and timekeeping systems, as well as providing first-line HR support to employees. Collaboration with other departments on HR projects and initiatives is also required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
