Job Description

Job Description: HR World International (Pvt Ltd) is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager for our microfinance sector.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a well-reputed university.

Experience: 2-3 years as a Branch Manager in the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan portfolio and maintain PAR below 3%.
• Lead and motivate branch staff effectively.
