Job Description
Thinglogix is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Technical Support Engineer. If you have a strong coding background and a passion for solving software-related issues, this role is perfect for you. You will provide exceptional customer support through our ticketing system, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues. Note that this position requires availability for night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot software issues.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Conduct training sessions and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with the development team on unresolved issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Javascript; familiarity with AWS is a plus.
