Job Description
Location: Giga Mall, Islamabad
Shift Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 2 PM – 10 PM
- Saturday: 2 PM – 6 PM
Salary Range: PKR 35,00 – 110,00
Eligibility: Priority for females; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK-based travelers.
- Coordinate with airlines and tour operators.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Quote and support incentive campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with reservation systems like Worldspan and Amadeus.
- Negotiation skills with ground handlers.
