Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Prima Systems is looking for a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries via chat and email, documenting customer interactions, and developing effective service solutions.
We require candidates with intermediate skills or above, exceptional verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. A customer-centric attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are essential. Shift timings are from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM.
Offering a competitive salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month.
