Job Description
NCRI PAKISTAN PVT. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Operations and Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will manage daily HR operations, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with company policies.
You will draft contracts, maintain personnel records, calculate payroll, and address employee inquiries, while also supporting HR events and training sessions.
Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations and be able to reliably commute to Islamabad or plan to relocate.
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
