Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting valuable feedback to enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess good English speaking and listening skills and have a reliable laptop, quality headset, and a strong internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps).
The working hours are from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with full-time shifts of 8.5 hours per day. We seek motivated individuals who are committed to achieving targets and are willing to work night shifts.
