Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Manager Plus Senior Technical IT Recruiter to manage our HR Department and lead a team of IT Technical Recruiters.
Your responsibilities will include creating a pool of potential candidates, sourcing candidates through various platforms, and performing pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities. You will also conduct structured interviews and technical assessments.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work under pressure. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
