Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will provide top-notch support by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting valuable feedback to enhance our products.

Requirements:

• Experience with Avatar (preferred).
• Basic English proficiency with excellent listening skills.
• Comfortable handling 600-800 calls daily.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Soundboard (Avatar) software.
• Night shift availability.
