Job Description

Job Purpose: The Admin and Storekeeper will provide essential administrative support and manage storekeeping functions, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Duties:

  • Offer administrative support, preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Oversee storekeeping functions, ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management.
  • Procure goods and services, prepare purchase orders, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktaking.
  • Manage logistics for transportation, storage, and delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications: MBA/BBA preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
