Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support related to Xfinity services. You will troubleshoot technical issues, educate customers on products, and maintain accurate records. Collaboration with technical support and sales departments is essential.
Shift Timing: Night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) are required. Please note that remote work is not available.
Salary: Commission-based compensation.
Qualifications: High school diploma and preferred experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
