Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage rural project operations and support our Sales and Distribution team. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of rural projects
- Monitoring secondary sales and sharing relevant data
- Conducting sales analysis and preparing trackers for management
- Coordinating with team members on incentive preparations and performance targets
- Maintaining documentation for rural sales vehicles and managing salary preparations
Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
