Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. As an SB Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collect feedback to improve our services.
Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop
- Good Quality Headset
- Stable internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps minimum)
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in computer use.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Strong active listening and multitasking abilities.
