Job Description

Eqvnox Communication, in collaboration with a UK-based company, is seeking dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and quick administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve complaints and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to meet targets.

Requirements: Fluent in English with a UK accent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven customer support experience is required.
